Job Description:
A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Associate,
responsible for processing accounts payable across corporate and
operating companies.
Key Responsibilities
Transact accounts payable using multiple ERP and financial
software
Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments
Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and resolve
issues with buyers and receiving associates
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience
strongly preferred
1-5 years of accounts payable experience required
Knowledge of accounts payable best practices and internal controls
preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office required
Ability to work in the US without sponsorship required
