• Operation Monday - Friday; the ideal candidate must be open to working varied hours.
• Supervision of 12 - 25 team members depending on seasonality of business.
• 5 - 8 years' experience in a similar role.Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the daily activities of the production and operation teams.
  • Delegate production assignments to appropriate teams and personnel.
  • Place production orders from customers.
  • Inspect all materials and equipment to detect malfunctions.
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.Qualifications:
    • Must have hard good printing experience.
    • Experience with digital printing, screen printing, pad printing, dye sublimation, or wide format/large format printers.
    • Experience with production equipment including:
    • Mimaki JV33
    • EPSON F6370
    • Mimaki CG160-FX II cutting plotters
    • Hix Dryers
    • Single color screen press, Inkcups Helix, Inkcups x360, Inkcups MagiCoat
    • Epilog Fusion lasers etchingAdditional Skills:
      • "Safety" experience is a big plus.
      • Demonstrates empathy; is fair and consistent.
      • Strong analytical skill set.
      • Self-starter.
      • Detail-oriented.
