Job Title: Behavioral Coach

Location: DeKalb County, GA and Rockdale County, GA

Job Type: In-Person

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Behavioral Health Consultant to join an amazing team. In this role, you will work with clients to assess their mental health needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide ongoing support and guidance. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals, conduct individual and group sessions, and utilize evidence-based practices to promote positive behavioral change.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in (MSW) or a related field, strong communication skills, and a passion for improving the well-being of individuals and families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial assessments to understand clients' behavior patterns and challenges
• Develop personalized action plans and strategies for behavior modification
• Provide one-on-one coaching sessions (virtual and occasional in-person)
• Help clients set SMART goals and create achievable milestones
• Utilize evidence-based practices and techniques for positive behavior support
• Monitor client progress and provide constructive feedback
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and progress
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure comprehensive client support
• Stay updated on the latest research and trends in behavioral coaching
  Qualifications:
  
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in behavioral coaching or related field
  • Strong understanding of behavior modification techniques and habit formation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with clients
  • Proficiency in using virtual communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Skype)
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
