A company is looking for a Supervisor of Member Services.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high service standards through effective use of staff and
technology resources
Monitor system performance, resolve issues, and support quality
assurance programs
Oversee departmental staff, including hiring, training, and
performance evaluation
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business
administration preferred
Prior supervisory experience in customer or member services
Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in roles like
front desk or billing
Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to lead and motivate employees effectively
