  • Lead rapid assessments of Companies' cybersecurity and data privacy programs; Develop cybersecurity and data privacy long-term strategy and related cost models;
  • Communicate cybersecurity, technology, and privacy concepts to senior business leaders and executives;
  • Write concise cybersecurity and data privacy impacts, findings, and recommendations from a business lens.Demonstrates in-depth level abilities about:
    • Technology, cybersecurity, and data privacy risks associated with different M&A constructs such as carve-outs, Transaction Services Agreements (TSAs), integrations, and separations;
    • Scoping, Budgeting, coordinating engagements among multi-functional teams (e.g., finance, technology, HR).
    • Demonstrates technical proficiency in one or more cybersecurity or data privacy domains:
    • Vulnerability management;
    • Incident response;
    • Product security;
    • Identity and access management;
    • CCPA or GDPR control implementations;
    • Configuration management;
    • Implementation of controls across a complete security framework;
    • Network security architecture;

For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
