Our Salesforce team is looking for a Data Quality Administrator, who will lead data quality efforts and participate in day-to-day Salesforce administration.

Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for the ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and quality across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong process and analytical mindset, a deep understanding of data management principles, and the ability to drive data and process initiatives. This position will also serve as an auxiliary Salesforce Administrator and will be called upon to do regular Salesforce administration duties.
--- Communicate effectively with teams and stakeholders to convey data quality issues and recommended solutions
--- Collaborate with teams to implement automation and validation mechanisms to ensure data accuracy and integrity
--- Create or update data models to ensure that data is stored in an organized manner
--- Implement data retention and archiving best practices
--- Understand existing business processes
--- Configure Salesforce standard and custom objects and fields, page layouts, approval processes, and Flows
--- Serve as Salesforce expert during technical design sessions
--- Maintain day-to-day support and troubleshooting of Salesforce
--- Able to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce to existing systems and business processes
--- Support business users in their reporting and dashboarding needs
--- Support Salesforce integration with Zuora billing system and other systems as needed
--- Participate in change management activities (QA, UAT, training, communication, deployment)

Qualifications:
--- Self-starter who is detail oriented, excellent prioritization and organizational skills
--- Excellent written and verbal communication
--- Experience working within a team environment and independently
--- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
--- SaaS experience required, Salesforce and Zuora experience preferred
--- Salesforce Certified Administrator preferred
--- Experience defining and implementing Data Quality programs
--- Proven experience collaborating with higher-level stakeholders to identify business processes and platform requirements
--- Experience in building out solutions that require coordination across multiple departments
