- Providing individual and family counseling to children,
adolescents, and families -
- Working with individuals and families in the outpatient office
setting, as well as meeting them where they are in the community

- Crisis intervention and treatment planning -
- Successful staff exude a passion for serving vulnerable

- A flexible schedule is important for this role, and allows you
to have control over your session planning -
- Ability to work independently and manage time well -
- Ability to collaborate with a team to accomplish goals -
- Master's degree from an accredited school in Counseling, Social
Work, or a related field
- Associate or Fully Licensed (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) not required, but
must be license eligible.
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with using the
internet and Microsoft Word
- Ability to navigate online electronic medical record system
(CareLogic)
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Ability to function as a member for a multi-disciplinary
treatment team and work cooperatively with other agency
employees.
