Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Buyer (Remote) to support
cyber security and engineering services by purchasing materials for
government projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze purchasing requisitions for clarity and completeness
Negotiate prices, delivery terms, and purchase conditions with
suppliers
Prepare and issue purchase orders after securing required
approvals
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, or a
related field
3+ years of related work experience
Knowledge of purchasing practices in the engineering and
construction industry
Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)
Experience with Costpoint is preferred
