Job Description:

A company is looking for a Coding Quality Coach to analyze data, provide coaching, and ensure compliance with coding practices.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure adherence to coding quality policies and regulatory compliance
Coordinate with the Quality team to prioritize audits and improve coder performance
Provide feedback and prepare reports on audit data and quality issues

Required Qualifications

1-2 years of related work experience
Certified in ICD-10 coding for Home Health
Oasis certification preferred or willingness to obtain within 90 days
