Job Description:
A company is looking for an Outbound Dialer Administrator
responsible for managing outbound customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Support Collections and Outbound sales for North America and
Overseas teams
Conduct audits and investigations to ensure compliance rules are
effectively implemented
Leverage configuration, regression, and UAT testing to meet
business requirements
Required Qualifications
Technical operations experience in a contact center environment
Experience with SQL and Excel is required
Knowledge of creating and producing dialer strategy plans
Experience with Autodialer Reporting Systems
Knowledge of forecasting methodologies
