Support.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver a world-class customer experience by acting as the first
line of defense for customer queries
Provide impeccable customer support by investigating and resolving
issues through various communication channels
Act as a key partner to Product and Engineering teams by fielding
customer feedback and feature requests
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in a client/product support role
Customer-first mindset with a proactive approach to learning and
adapting
Strong interest in AI, technology, and software applications
Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize
under pressure
Ability to distill and explain complex issues in simple terms
