A company is looking for a Tech Lead for Money Movement.
Key Responsibilities
Advise leadership on technology and product roadmap
considerations
Develop and execute short and long-term roadmaps while making
effective tradeoffs
Design, build, and maintain APIs, services, and systems across
engineering teams
Required Qualifications
15+ years of engineering experience or equivalent combined work
experience
Experience as a technical lead for a group of 100+ engineers
Ability to influence company strategy at the intersection of
business needs and technology
Demonstrated balance of execution and velocity with security and
reliability
Experience mentoring and developing other engineering leaders and
staff engineers
