Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Team Lead, Integration
Analysts to oversee a team of Integration Analysts and ensure
effective data integration services.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of 10-15 Integration Analysts and manage their
performance and development
Coordinate training needs and manage staffing requirements in
collaboration with Talent Acquisition
Serve as a point of contact for client/vendor escalations and
implement actions based on feedback
Required Qualifications
Prior management or leadership experience preferred
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
Experience in data interpretation, movement, and specifications
preferred
Knowledge of Federal and State COBRA regulations and administrative
processes
Understanding of Section 125 regulations and related procedures
