Job Description:
A company is looking for a Loan Officer for the Western United
States (Remote).
Key Responsibilities:
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, including a minimum of 25
funded loans
Partner with team members to ensure an excellent customer
experience from application to funding
Maintain compliance with regulations and company processes while
managing the loan application pipeline
Required Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years recent experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer,
focusing on purchase loans
Active NMLS license
Proficiency in FNMA and FHLMC guidelines; familiarity with
non-conforming loans is a plus
Experience using Encompass, Optimal Blue, and CRM systems
Education: High school or equivalent experience
