Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Data Scientist to develop and
innovate analytical approaches within their software products.
Key Responsibilities
Interface with stakeholders to understand analytical requirements
and opportunities
Research and implement new machine learning algorithms and
statistical techniques for financial risk detection
Contribute to the productionization of analytical features and
support development teams in enhancing analytical
infrastructure
Required Qualifications
Knowledge of algorithms such as LGBm, decision trees, and
XGBoost
Understanding of evaluation techniques in machine learning,
including overfitting and cross-validation
Experience with Python and machine learning libraries like
scikit-learn and pandas
Proficiency in statistical packages such as Scipy
Industry knowledge in financial services is useful but not
required
