Job Description:

A company is looking for an Associate Access Specialist for remote opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Answer inbound and outbound calls, scheduling appointments, and addressing patient needs
Capture and document customer information for clinic staff and providers
Provide information regarding appointment processes, locations, and other related inquiries

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED
1 year of relevant work experience
Basic knowledge of patient scheduling and call center etiquette
Ability to navigate electronic scheduling systems
Commitment to providing excellent customer service
