Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Account Associate -
Commercial.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and customer service support to the account
team and clients
Process new and renewal insurance policies, endorsements, and
cancellations accurately and timely
Assist in client research, underwriting information gathering, and
policy issuance follow-up
Required Qualifications
3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance
industry
Active insurance licensing required
CISR designation or equivalent preferred
High School Diploma or equivalent
Proficiency in MS Office products, including Outlook, Word, and
Excel
