Job Description:
A company is looking for a Tier 2 Support Specialist to join
their product engineering team.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the final escalation point for tier 1 support, providing
advanced troubleshooting and resolution guidance
Investigate complex product functionality and performance issues,
creating bug tickets as needed
Collaborate with QA, product management, and engineers to
troubleshoot and prioritize issues
Required Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in a technical support, analyst, or
specialist role
Experience with messaging/phone/telephony systems (SMS)
Experience working with web applications and mobile app support
Experience with API testing and associated tooling is a plus
Basic programming or scripting language knowledge (C#, TypeScript,
Python) is a bonus
