Health and Wellness Lead - Thrive at Green Island
Location: Columbus, GA
Full-Time - LPN Required

What You'll Do:

Lead with heart and expertise, overseeing the health and wellness services for our residents.

Ensure compliance with Georgia's assisted living regulations-keeping us on track and ahead of the game.

Manage scheduling for care team members with the precision of a Tetris master.

Be part of the on-call rotation, offering support when it matters most.

Step in as Manager on Duty during some weekends, keeping everything running smoothly.

What You Bring:

LPN Licensure in the state of Georgia (yep, it's a must).

Solid knowledge of assisted living regulations-you're the go-to expert.

Leadership and scheduling experience-you know how to keep things organized and running like clockwork.

A passion for caring for seniors with compassion, dignity, and respect.
