Job Description:
A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Manager to oversee a
team in Revenue Cycle operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the Revenue Cycle, focusing on
Billing, Collections, and Payment Integrity
Provide insights on accounts receivable trends and support project
work plans for high-quality client service delivery
Develop relationships with department heads and ensure timely cash
flow through accounts receivable activities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum 5 years of people management experience in healthcare
At least 5 years of experience in full Revenue Cycle Management
Understanding of medical terminology and claims submission
processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with
offshore teams
