Piper Companies is searching for an Experienced Regulatory Affairs Professional in Advertising & Promotion to lead the regulatory affairs advertising and promotion team of a global biopharmaceutical company as Associate Director/Director of Regulatory Affairs (Advertising & Promotion). The position is a remote opportunity and candidates must reside in EST time zone.Responsibilities for the Associate Director/Director of Regulatory Affairs Advertising & Promotion include:

• Serve as the lead and collaborate cross-functionally to create all advertising and promotional materials
• Manage and maintain the creation of all US labeling, advertising and promotional materials
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the US regulation of drug marketing and advertising requirements
• Prepare necessary labeling documents and labeling information for submissionsQualifications for the Associate Director/Director of Regulatory Affairs Advertising & Promotion include:
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience
• 4+ years demonstrated regulatory affairs experience within US regulatory advertising and promotion
• Proven experience with product launch preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a Scientific discipline or equivalentCompensation for the Associate Director/Director of Regulatory Affairs Advertising & Promotion includes:
• Salary Range: $180,000 - $220,000 base salary with annual bonus, LTI & other financial incentives
