Job Description:
A company is looking for an International Vendor Manager to
oversee supply chain operations and vendor relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Directly oversee all aspects of supply chain management, including
sourcing, production, warehousing, and distribution
Lead vendor relationship management, ensuring timely communication
and problem-solving with suppliers
Manage purchasing and production planning functions, improving
demand planning methodologies and processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Materials Management,
Business, or a relevant area is highly preferred
APICS certification is required
5+ years of experience in purchasing, production, and manufacturing
with significant vendor management responsibilities
3+ years of experience working with overseas contract manufacturers
is preferred
5+ years in direct end-to-end people management, from hiring to
termination
