DescriptionPOSITION SUMMARY:The Executive Director is
responsible for the administrative, financial, and risk management
operations of the company, to include the development of a
financial and operational strategy, metrics tied to that strategy,
and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems
designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial
results.RequirementsMinimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, Social Work, Nursing, or
health-related field.
- Minimum of 2 years administrative and management setting
familiarity with Performance Improvement and Joint Commission
Standards necessary.
- Communication skills to relate to all levels of management
staff.
- Self-motivated and confident Application of Continuous Quality
Improvement/ Performance Improvement philosophy and ability to
develop organizational strategy.Job Duties:
- Supervises Managers.
- Coordinates with program administration.
- Formulates policies and strategic plans for future growth.
- Assists in formulating the company's future direction and
supporting tactical initiatives.
- Monitors and directs the implementation of strategic business
plans.
- Develops financial and tax strategies.
- Manages the capital request and budgeting processes.
- Develops performance metrics that support the company's
strategic direction.
- Oversees the issuance of financial information.
- May access protected health information (PHI) and other patient
information only to the extent necessary to complete job duties,
sharing such information only with those who have a need to
know.
- Plans, develops, organizes, implements, directs, and evaluates
the organization's fiscal function and performance.
- Develops a reliable cash flow projection process and reporting
mechanism that includes minimum cash threshold to meet operating
needs.
- Oversees the budgeting for the company.
- Performs other duties as assigned.Work Environment:This
position is an in-person/office work environment. There will be
daily face-to-face interaction with staff and clients. The workday
will vary, but it will often include sitting at a desk, working on
a computer, meeting with clients, and completing paperwork.
