Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Director of Compliance to
provide operational leadership in compliance and regulatory
issues.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee departmental workflow procedures related to regulatory
compliance
Develop and maintain knowledge of PBM and health plan regulations
and translate them into operational processes
Manage the corporation's compliance function, including
investigations and the acquisition of required licenses
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Health Care or a related field; advanced
degree preferred
Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional or Certified in
Healthcare Compliance (CHC) preferred
8+ years of compliance-related management experience in the
PBM/Health Plan environment
Experience with a broad spectrum of PBM offerings and associated
regulatory issues
Ability to lead and manage teams of compliance professionals in a
high-growth business
