- Lead **HR functions**, including interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and supporting continuing education for team members.
- Ensure compliance with **Georgia's assisted living regulations**-keeping everything above board and running smoothly.
- Be part of the **Leader on Duty rotation**, including some weekends, to keep operations steady and residents happy.

**What You Bring:**
- Experience in **business operations**-AP, AR, payroll, and budget management are second nature to you.

- Exceptional **organizational abilities**-you're the one who color-codes their to-do list and never misses a detail.
